Cait is, without question, one of the most talented event planners I know. I asked her to help me organize a surprise party for my wife's 30th birthday, and she absolutely exceeded every expectation. Her pricing is incredibly fair, honestly, I would have paid much more for the quality she delivered. 

To give you an idea: my wife loves Dr. Pepper, space, Just Dance, and anything sweet. Cait took that simple list and turned it into a cohesive, joyful celebration. She created a Dirty Dr. Pepper station where guests could mix their own drinks, brought a photo backdrop for pictures, set up a QR code where people could upload their pictures so we could have access to them, curated an array of desserts and my wife's favorite snacks, set up Just Dance on TV screens, and even had a backup playlist just in case. 

She made the entire process smooth and stress free. Rather than simply asking what I wanted and leaving it at that, Cait sat down with me, took detailed notes, offered creative ideas, and kept in close communication the whole time leading up to the event. When unexpected circumstances forced us to reschedule, she handled it with total grace and flexibility. 

I wouldn't trust anyone else to plan an event for me. Cait brings not just skill but heart to her work. A true professional with an eye for joy and a passion for making others celebrations feel special. 100 out of 10 experience, absolutely unforgettable. 

Our family was fortunate enough to be able to hire Cait to decorate and prepare for our daughter’s graduation party in 2024! During planning, Cait was thorough and very helpful! She helped us make decisions, took all of our suggestions and ideas into consideration, put a ton of thought into the all of the details, thought of small details I would have forgotten, and suggested so many things that turned out great! I was able to attend my daughter’s graduation and show up afterwards for a beautiful party where Cait came early, stayed during the entirety of the party making sure every detail was perfect and all of the refreshments were refilled constantly, and was the last one to leave! I have since then been to other parties by Cait and they have all been beautiful and perfect down to every detail!  We are so thankful for her and would absolutely use her again and again!!
